Spam / NoMoRobo - Whitelist Requests

Overview

Ally Voice provides built-in spam call protection through Nomorobo to help minimize unwanted calls and interruptions to your business. This article guides you through the steps to report spam calls and request whitelisting of legitimate numbers.

Have a legit number being blocked?

What can you do?

Gather details and then fill out an online form and send them an email. Ally Voice users with the Office Manager or Site Manager role can go to the Reporting tab and search for calls with *SPAM in the caller ID name. You can export your call info to a spreadsheet to search for the name.

  • Number that is incorrectly blocked and tagged as SPAM on caller ID
  • Business owning the phone number 
  • Reasons for their call
  • Number they dialed

Use the Web Form.

  • Navigate to nomorobo.com/contact 
  • Choose ‘Report a number’
  • Include the following
    • Number that is incorrectly blocked and tagged as SPAM on caller ID
    • Business owning the phone number 
    • Reasons for their call
    • Number they dialed

Send a request by Email.

Alternatively, you can email your request. Send your email to reports@nomorobo.com and include the info above. 

What can they do? 

Check with their phone provider to ensure they are correctly following all requirements of the Stir/Shaken spam prevention framework.
