Charging the Headset
Before the first use when the headset is brand new, it is recommended to charge the headset for at least 30 minutes.
1. Connect the base to the power supply.
2. Dock the headset earpiece to the base.
- When the middle USB-C port is connected to a PC, the PC can provide power, allowing the headset to be docked on the base for charging. Ensure the connected device's USB port is USB 2.0 or USB 3.0 standard with a power supply capacity of up to 500mA. Alternatively, use a powered USB hub or the included power adapter.
- In case the headset is under a low battery for initial use, dock it to the charging base for 30 minutes.
- For the initial use, the headset is successfully paired with the base when you dock it in the base.
- It takes approximately 2.5 hours to charge the headset fully, and the LED glows a solid green after it is fully charged.
When you put the headset on the base station, you should feel the headset magnet to the base. Also, you can check the charging indicator on the headset to judge whether it is correctly installed.
