How to Connect the WH62

There are 2 connections (and the power cable) that can be connected with this device.


  1. USB to Computer connection
    1. Must be connected to adjust settings via Yealink USB Connect
  2. Power cable connection
    1. Please make sure you connect the base to a DC power supply if at all possible. It can be powered via the USB to Computer connection if necessary.
  3. USB to Phone connection


Charging the Headset




For the first use, it is recommended to charge the headset for at least 30 minutes.

To charge, simply dock the headset onto the base and confirm it is fully seated in the dock as pictured above.
The light on the headset will slowly blink green to indicate it is charging.
