The Handset light will blink green when the base is searching for handsets.
The Network light will blink green when the base is trying to establish an internet connection.
The Power light will blink green while the network base is provisioning its configuration, as well as during firmware updates.

Statuses & their meanings
Unregistered
The Handset is not paired to a network base.

See the below section: "Pairing Handsets to a Network Base"
Searching for Base
The Handset is paired to a network base, but the base is not detected. The base could be out of range or offline.

A loss of power or internet connection to the network base is the most likely reason for this error.
To resolve, locate the network base and check the light status to confirm that it has power and a network connection.
Power-cycle (a.k.a. reboot) the network base by disconnecting power for at least 10 seconds, then reconnecting power.
Wait until the network base lights are all solid green.
If the handset is still "searching for base", contact an Ally Communications technician for further assistance.
Pairing Handsets to a Network Base
1. Hold down the
Connect button on the base until the handset light starts blinking.
On the handset, there should be a message that states "Unregistered!".
2. Press the most upper left button under the screen where it says "Reg".
3. You will need a PIN. An Ally Communications technician can provide this to you.

If there is not an "Unregistered!" error, that means the handset is already paired to a base.

- Press OK to view the main menu
- Navigate to Settings > 6. Registration > Register Handset
- Select an empty Base slot.
- You will need a PIN. An Ally Communications technician can provide this to you.
