Blind Transfer You can do the same thing with the TRAN physical button.
- Press the Option soft key during a call and select Blind Transfer.
- Enter the number/extension you would like to transfer the call to.
- Press the Transfer soft key.
Attended Transfer You can do the same thing with the TRAN physical button.
- Press the Option soft key during a call and select Transfer
- Enter the number/extension you would like to transfer the call to.
- Press the Transfer soft key to dial out.
- Press the Transfer soft key after the call is answered.
Transfer Directly to Voicemail You can do the same thing with the TRAN physical button.
- Press the Option soft key during a call and select Transfer
- Dial 7 and then enter the extension to the person whose voicemail you want to transfer the call to.
- Press the Transfer soft key.
Placing a call on Hold
- To place a call on Hold, press the OPTIONS soft key.
- Press the HOLD soft key.
- To resume to call press the RESUME soft key.
Parking and Retrieving a Parked Call
Park 1 is extension 721. Park 2 is extension 722
- To park a call on Park 1: while on an active call, dial *721#.
- To pick up a parked call on Park 1: dial 721.
Call Forward
- Press the OK key to enter the main menu and select Call Features > Call Forward.
- Press up or down keys to highlight the desired line and press the OK soft key.
- Press up or down keys to highlight the desired forwarding type and press the OK soft key.
- Always – Incoming calls are forwarded immediately.
- Busy – Incoming calls are forwarded when the handset is busy.
- No Answer – Incoming calls are forwarded if they are not answered after a period of time.
- Select Enabled from the Status field.
- Enter the number to forward the incoming calls to in the Target field.
- Press the up or down keys to select the desired ring time to wait before forwarding (only for No Answer Forward) in the After Ring Time field.
- Press the Save soft key to accept the change.

- Press during a call to adjust receiver volume of the headset/speakerphone
- Press when the phone is idle or ringing to adjust the ringer volume

When you have a message, the top right indicator light on the phone will light up.
- Press or the dial *97.
- Enter your voicemail password when prompted. By default, this will by 3900.
- To listen to your voice messages, press 1. By default, new voicemails will play automatically.
- To listen to saved messages, press 2.
- To save a message, press 9.
- To delete a message, press 7.
- To change your mailbox settings, press 0.
- To go back to the previous menu, press *.
- When finished, hang up or press #.
Recording Your Voicemail Messages
- Call into your voicemail (see above steps).
- Press 0 for Mailbox Options
- Record your unavailable message. This is for when someone gets to your voicemail when you are not currently on another call
- Record your busy message. This is for when someone gets to your voicemail, and you are on DND or on another call.
