Yealink - How to Change the Ringtone

Example interface is a Yealink T54W model.
The number of options for ringtones varies by model.

1. Press the Menu soft key

2. Select Basic or Settings

3. Choose Sound 

4. Select Ring Tones to listen to the available options

5. Press the Save soft key to confirm your final selection

Notes
Select Account: If you have multiple lines, select the account you wish to change.

Distinctive Ring

Unique ringtones can be set for specific incoming calls by: 
  1. Phone Number (dialed by the caller)
  2. All Internal Calls v External Calls
  3. User Department
  4. Call Park Ringback

Please contact Ally Support to submit a request to configure a distinctive ring 
Please provide the following details with your request: 
  1. A description of the desired behavior
  2. The specific ringtone number from the list on your model phone
    1. If the distinctive ring needs to apply to multiple models, please provide the desired ringtone number for each model phone
  3. The phone number that should have an alternate ringtone for incoming calls
  4. The specific extensions that the distinctive ring should apply to
  5. Any other details that may be relevant to your request
