Update WL-UG39D1 REV. A firmware



  1. Ensure the dock is UNPLUGGED
  2. Copy firmware and tool from \Ally\TeamSite - Documents\Vendors\Carbon Systems\Firmware Updates\
  3. Transfer to client computer where the dock will be installed
  4. Extract all files to a new folder
  5. Navigate in the folder to the 'tool' subfolder
  6. Right click FLHubTool_x64 and run as administrator (authenticate as AllyAdmin if required)
  7. Once the app launches, plug in the dock via USB
  8. Under 'Firmware FL5002 Series' click UPDATE

  9. Navigate to the folder where the toool and firmware were extracted, into the 'FW' folder
  10. Select the firmware and click OK
  11. Once the update completes, unplug the power from the dock, wait 5 seconds, then plug the dock back in
