Troubleshooting an offline Yealink W60B DECT Wireless base station
  1. Confirm status


    1. If all lights are green, skip to step 3.
  2. Check Connections

    1.   The device can be powered without a power cord if the network connection is connect by a PoE (power over ethernet) connection.
    2. Confirm connections are firmly connected into the base station.
    3. Trace the cable(s) and ensure they are properly connected to power and the network.
  3. Reboot Device

    1. Unplug the network (and power cable, if used), wait 10 seconds, reconnect cable(s).
  4. Status lights are now all green

    1. Test inbound and outbound calling. 
  5. Status lights are not all green or test calls still fail

    1. If lights do not all turn green, please submit a ticket. If it's urgent, please contact support by phone at 256-740-3900.
