Confirming Your Username
This is for the Ally Voice portal and ConnectUC applications. Skip to #5 if you know you need to reset your password.

3. Enter your extension number (optional and NOT required)
4. Click Send
You will receive an email with your username and you can log in or proceed to the Forgot Password steps below. If you do not receive an email within five minutes, please contact us on live web chat at www.allyadvantage.com or open a ticket by emailing us at helpdesk@allyadvantage.com.

5. If you need to reset your password, Click Here
To begin the password reset process from the same screen, click Back to Login
6. Click Forgot Password
7. Enter your Username
8. Click Send
