To put a call On Hold in the ReachUC mobility app, simply click the Hold icon. Click it again to take the call Off Hold.
To perform a Blind Transfer, simply click the “Transfer” icon.
After you clicked the Transfer call, you will be brought to another page where you need to type in the destination. It could be an internal extension, outside and/or cell number. Clicking the phone icon will transfer the call to the intended destination.
To perform an Attended Transfer, click on the “Attended Transfer” icon.
After you clicked the Attended
Transfer icon, you will be brought to the same page as seen in the previous
screenshot where you need to put in the destination that you need to transfer
the call to. The only difference with the Attended Transfer is that after you
transfer, you will be connected with the party you want to transfer the call
to. This is useful when you first want to check if that party is available to
take the call that you are about to transfer. From there, you can complete the
call transfer by clicking on the green transfer icon.
