Download ReachUC
If you do not already have ReachUC on your mobile phone, please reference the below links or go to your local App Store and search ReachUC. The application is FREE.
Log In
You will use the same credentials as your Ally Voice Portal to login to the ReachUC app.
If you already have a user, but forgot your password, please go to
https://allyvoice.net and click "Forgot Password" to receive a recovery email.
1. Navigate to Account Settings
PBX > Account > Answering Rules

2. Select Answering Rules
Tapping the Answering Rule section will show a drop down of your available "Always" Time Frames that are preconfigured on your user's answering rule.

3. Confirm the Change
Tap OK to confirm the change to your answering rules. You should receive an "Updated Successfully" message when it completes.
"Always" Timeframes
You can only select a pre-existing "Always" Time Frame within the ReachUC app. "Always" refers to when the Time Frame can be activated.
You cannot edit the answering rule from within the app.
To create an Always Time Frame, you must login to your Ally Voice Portal on a browser.
1. Navigate to Time Frames > Add Time Frame
2. Then add the timeframe to your answering rules.
Answering Rules > Add Rule
3. Select the Time Frame you created from the drop down menu.
4. Set what you want to happen during the Time Frame
