This KBA is to show how to check your voicemail in the Ally Voice portal.
NOTE: If you are an Office Manager role in the portal, that section is first. If you are a basic user, expand the table of contents and navigate to there as the process is slightly different.
Office Manager Role:
Once there, click on the dropdown on the top right of the page by your name and extension as shown in the picture below:
Next, click on Messages from the dropdown
You'll then be taken to the messaging screen in your own profile. In this case, it brings you directly to the Voicemail page on the Messages tab.
Note in the picture below the NEW (#1), the PLAY(#2), and the other options such as download, save, and delete (#3)
To get back to the main page for your domain, click on Manage Organization at the top next to your name.
Basic & Simple Users:
Once there, click on the Messages tab:
This brings you directly to the voicemail page. See the picture below for an example:
