Call flow and routing changes for your main number(s)

Step 1: Log in to your portal and click on Users



Step 2: Click the pencil next to your Routing user



Step 3: Click Answering Rules


Step 4: Click pencil to edit the answering rules of the time frame you want to change



Step 5: Click Enable or click the green + or red -



Example of enabled:


To make it only ring one of the numbers, click the RED - to delete all numbers and change the first one (in this example it is 101) to the number needed to forward calls.
*Note: Make sure to click "Answer confirmation for offnet numbers" if adding a cell phone
