How to Adjust the Ring Timer for a User in the Ally Voice Portal

Adjusting the ring timer is changing how long the individual phone rings before taking the exit option. Normally, that means how long it rings before it goes to voicemail.

Step 1: Log in to the portal

Go to allyvoice.net and log in using your login credentials. Once there, click on the "Users" tab (if you are an admin). If you don't see a Users tab


Step 2: Click on the user you want to edit, then go to Answering Rules

When you go to Users you might see multiple users if you are an Office Manager or, if you're a basic user, you might only have access to your own user.
Either way, go to the Users tab, then Answering Rules of the user you'd like to adjust the ring timer of. Once there, click on the number in the box for Ring For and adjust as needed:
