ConnectUC - Report an Issue
If you are having an issue with calling, texting, or any functionality of the desktop or mobile app, you must use the "Report an Issue" function so that current app and/or call logs can be submitted to assist in troubleshooting the problem.
1. Click your initials in the top left corner.
2. Select Report an Issue in the pop-out menu.
3. Select whether the issue is with phone calls or something else (ex. the app is not registering online).
4. Follow the prompts and provide as much detail as possible concerning the issue you experienced.
A ticket will automatically be generated once you submit to Report an Issue.
An Ally technician will then follow up with you to troubleshoot further.
